Seismic Content and Seismic Learning are purchased separately. Users available will depend on which products are purchased.

FS Seismic Content User Definitions

• FS Seismic Content have four user licenses: Marketing, Field, Partner and Intranet. Each user license provides different levels of access and capabilities to a named user. Customers assign user licenses based on the individual user’s type, role, and/or function in their organization or partner organization to suit their needs. The detailed matrix outlining the included functionalities assigned to each user license is provided below.
• FS Marketing License: Admin users are members of your marketing, compliance, and enablement teams. This license allows the most access to capabilities in Seismic such as access to the Library, compliance workflows, and system settings.
• FS Field User License: Field users are Sales/Client-facing professionals and support staff, who benefit from access to Seismic content to support sales activities.
• FS Partner License*: Partner users are individuals external to your business who benefit from access to Seismic content to support sales activities. Granting these users access with their partner e-mail to Seismic ensures they are a vital part of your go to market efforts.
• FS Intranet License*: Intranet users are employees of the Seismic customer who use the Seismic platform as an internal hub to access content in a read-only capacity. Example users include people in human resources, engineering, development, and executive roles.
  For each license, Seismic Admins have the flexibility to specify the roles of each user within Seismic and adjust certain permissions associated with each role to craft the Seismic experience to your unique needs.

This matrix indicates which capabilities license holders have general access to but does not specify the level of access they have.

Seismic Learning User Definitions

There are two types of licenses available for purchase with Seismic Learning: Learning Standard User and Learning Intranet User. Each license provisions different levels of access to Seismic Learning functionality. Customers assign users based on the individual user’s type, role, and/or function in their organization or partner organization to suit their needs. Detailed matrices outlining the provisioned functionalities assigned to Learning Standard User and Learning Intranet User are below.

1. Learning Standard User
   The Learning Standard User is purpose built to deliver the entirety of a sales readiness solution for revenue producing and revenue supporting teams in their learning, practice, and coaching needs. Learning Standard Users may be assigned one of five role types as described below.

Customers may freely determine what role to give Learning Standard users.

1. Admin User: Unrestricted access to all provisioned functionality within Seismic Learning
2. Creator User: Customizable access to all provisioned functionality for creation of content on Seismic Learning
3. Manager User: Customizable access to all provisioned functionality within Seismic Learning to tailor to the role of managers in a customer’s organization
4. Learner User: Access to complete and participate in provisioned functionality tied to lessons, practice, and coaching in Seismic Learning
5. Custom User: Full customizable access to provisioned functionality

2.Learning Intranet User.

The Learning Intranet User is purpose built to deliver an LMS experience for non-revenue supporting functions in the same platform/tool as Learning Standard Users. Learning Intranet Users may be assigned one of five role types as described below. Customers may freely determine what role to give Learning Intranet users.

1. Admin User: Unrestricted access to all provisioned functionality within Seismic Learning
   Creator User: Customizable access to all provisioned functionality for creation of content on Seismic Learning
2. Manager User: Customizable access to all provisioned functionality within Seismic Learning to tailor to the role of managers in a customer’s organization
3. Learner User: Access to complete and participate in provisioned functionality tied to lessons, practice, and coaching in Seismic Learning
