Elastic: Building a partner experience people can rely on
Elastic's partners needed a more clear, consistent way to access the knowledge and resources required to move opportunities forward.
The team responded by building a dedicated Partner Enablement Centre in Seismic. Instead of scattering resources across systems, Elastic brought sales plays, solution guidance, objection-handling insights, pricing information, and learning into a more connected partner experience.
Now, the company's training follows a clear progression: from foundational accreditation to deeper certification. Elastic also brought its partner certification programme into the Partner Enablement Centre, making it easier for partners to move between learning and the resources they use in the field.
Partners have become more self-sufficient with direct access to the resources they need, and Elastic's relationship has strengthened across its broader partner community. Partner-sourced business has grown, and Elastic's certification programme has earned outside industry recognition for partner growth.
Genesys: Extending the experience beyond the company walls
Genesys took a simple idaea and applied it at scale: Partners are a critical part of the revenue ecosystem and thus should be enabled in the same way as other teams.
Partners are now enabled alongside sales and presales teams through a shared experience, with resources tailored to individual roles. To further embed readiness into partner relationships, Genesys extended its accreditation programme to partners, giving them access to the same resources as internal teams.
By bringing partners into the broader enablement strategy, Genesys is creating greater consistency in how sellers prepare, learn, and engage customers, regardless of which organisation they work for.
Meta: Scaling the partner experience
Meta wanted to give a growing partner ecosystem fast access to useful, trusted information without creating more work for the teams supporting this important channel. The challenge was doing so efficiently and at scale, while giving partners consistent access to the same up-to-date information and positioning as Meta's internal teams.
Leveraging Highspot by Seismic, Meta has significantly expanded its partner experience, growing from a small group of individual users to hundreds of partner companies. As more partner companies have joined the programme, engagement with the resources available to them has grown in kind.
Meta's also extended these capabilities to the broader go-to-market organisation. They've created an internal AI-powered experience that helps teams find answers, surface relevant insights, and create deliverables more efficiently — with Highspot by Seismic's content as one of the key inputs.
Together, these efforts reduce the time spent searching for information, making it easier for a much larger partner community to get things done.
WEX: Making partner resources work harder
As WEX's external partner community grew, the team needed to make sure resellers could easily find relevant, up-to-date information to support their work.
The team focused on improving the partner experience by refreshing high-value materials, making important information easier to access, and removing outdated content that could create confusion. These efforts have contributed to a substantial increase in partner usage and engagement.
WEX has also made it easier for partners to find the information they need within their everyday workflows, giving its growing reseller community more consistent support when they need it.
Zoom: Making partners central to the go-to-market strategy
As Zoom shifted toward a more channel-first GTM strategy, the company needed to expand how it supported a growing partner ecosystem.
Zoom has extended Seismic to thousands of channel partners through a dedicated Partner Content Hub built to support its ZoomUp motion. The hub gives partners a central place to access the resources they need, while helping Zoom maintain consistency as its channel strategy scales.
Zoom has made the partner experience central to its channel-first growth strategy, with more partners actively using Seismic and sharing content, and customers spending more time engaging with what they receive.
Who will take home the Partner & Channel Enablement Excellence Award?
The five finalists have taken different approaches to a shared challenge: giving partners the support they need to represent the business confidently and create strong customer experiences.
- Elastic created a dedicated destination for partner knowledge and development.
- Genesys extended the same enablement approach used for its internal teams to its partner community.
- Meta scaled its partner experience to reach a much larger ecosystem.
- WEX focused on making partner resources more useful and trusted.
- Zoom put partner enablement at the centre of its channel-first strategy.
Behind each approach are teams thinking deliberately about what their partners need to succeed and building an experience that supports them.
