Today's advisors are busier than ever, just not in ways that drive growth.

According to Kitces Research, advisors only spend about 20% of their time meeting with clients. The rest of their time is spent preparing for meetings, client outreach, reviewing markets and portfolios, and handling administrative tasks.

When so little of an advisor's time is spent meeting with clients, opportunities slip, relationships stall, and consistent client delivery becomes harder to sustain.
