COG Course Structure

  • Program Length: 10 weeks, first cohort starts week of October 6th 2025
  • Format: Weekly self-paced e-learning paired with live, hands-on group coaching sessions led by our Senior Strategic Enablement Consultants.
  • Certification: Participants will receive a formal certification.
  • Time Commitment: ~2 hours/week
  • Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate for this course is either approximately 12 months or less away from a promotion into an enablement leadership role, or within the first 18 months of stepping into their current enablement leadership position. All applications will be reviewed.
  • Course Fee: $3,900
