As organizations grow, so does the challenge of keeping information accurate, consistent, and accessible across go-to-market and customer-facing teams. Strong governance creates the trusted foundation people need to work confidently as that complexity increases.

A strong governance foundation enables revenue-generating teams with the insights, context, and systems they rely on to be accurate, consistent, and ready in the moments that matter.

Our Governance at Scale Excellence Award recognizes organizations doing exactly that. It's one of six categories in the 2026 Seismic Customer Awards, celebrating the companies raising the bar for revenue execution and go-to-market performance.

We'll reveal the winners live at Shift 2026, but first, meet the three finalists in the running for this award.

ServiceNow: Turning trusted data into better governance

To support thousands of GTM professionals, ServiceNow needs to keep content relevant, up to date, and easy to manage at scale.

ServiceNow has built a recurring content governance process to establish a trusted source of information across the organization. Cross-functional teams can track content usage and apply insights to decisions on what content to keep, update, or retire – all within Seismic.

The product marketing team at ServiceNow has taken this approach a step further and converted hundreds of first-call decks into reusable components, allowing sellers to build tailored presentations while ensuring the underlying content is easy to manage and up to date.

With a trusted content foundation, ServiceNow has a strong base from which to evolve its broader technology strategy.

Turnitin: Scaling coaching from a trusted foundation

Turnitin's enablement team knew when sellers completed training and earned certifications, but not whether they put those skills into practice with prospects and customers.

Using data already captured through recorded meetings, learning and development activity, and manager assessments, the Turnitin go-to-market team developed an AI-powered approach to skills assessment and coaching.

Turnitin also established a common competency framework for assessing sellers' skills, so managers receive coaching insights for their own teams and can scale top-performing behaviors across each salesperson.

With the underlying data and infrastructure already in place, Turnitin can now expand the approach across more of its growing revenue organization while maintaining the same framework and controls.

Webster Bank: Scaling with confidence in a regulated environment

In a highly regulated industry, Webster Bank needed to make governance a core part of its enablement program to reduce risk and ensure compliance.

Specifically, Webster Bank was looking for a more consistent way to manage and deliver trusted content across its teams, replacing a fragmented approach that relied on disconnected systems.

Webster Bank's go-to-market team is now building a more structured model that gives bankers and relationship managers easier access to trusted content within the GTM systems where they already work, including Seismic.

Webster Bank is also taking a deliberate approach to AI. An internal governance committee oversees the introduction of AI capabilities, helping the bank explore new ways of working while ensuring compliance in a highly-regulated industry.

With a strong governance foundation in place, Webster Bank can scale its enablement strategy with confidence while maintaining the consistency and oversight its regulated environment demands.

Who will take home the Governance at Scale Excellence Award?

ServiceNow, Turnitin, and Webster Bank have each built trust into different parts of their go-to-market infrastructure.

  • ServiceNow is using data to guide content governance across functions.
  • Turnitin has created a consistent framework for turning existing data into coaching at scale.
  • Webster Bank is establishing the controls and processes that will help them expand confidently in a regulated environment.

In each case, the teams behind these programs are making it easier for more people to rely on the same information, systems, and standards as their organizations grow.
