The Spring 2023 Release includes several new personalization and buyer engagement capabilities that address the need for greater personalization in customer interactions. The Personalization Payoff analyzed how Seismic customers leveraged the Seismic Enablement Cloud during 2021 and 2022, specifically looking at the usage of certain personalization solutions and how buyers responded to them.
